VMWare vCenter Single Sign-On issue ?

hello together,

i configured

a) Identity Source -> our Domain -> Test Connection : successful

b) Global Permissions -> Add Users and a group from the Domain: successful

Then -> Login in the vpshere Web Client i got:

when i use the "single" added user -> success

when i use the user, which is in the group -> Authentication failed

what is the version of ESXi and vCenter.?

Also could you just add that user(part of group) in permissions tab specifically and then try logging in again

esxi 6 U2  and VCenter 6

The Problem is, that most of the remote Admin Users are in another OU than the configured default Users OU.

So where the default groups are configured -> there is one group with all allowed Admins - but then, the users try to login they got authentication failed.

If i "move" on of these users to the default Users OU, it works

I hope you understand...
