Anyone else get slow responses from VMWare support? I have 2 tickets open with them that are not critical and no response from them. I am very disappointed for what it costs to purchase VMWare and the support contract. They don't seem to care unless it is a server down issue.
My personal experience is that there is a significant difference in the level (and quality) of support received between regular production support and business critical support. I have always received responses (on all cases), but the level of technical expertise and quality of service is noticeably different with a business critical support contract!
