I am trying to upgrade VMWare tools on a Windows 7 VM. I am running vsphere 5 build 623860. When running the install it goes fine until it gets to 'Configuring USB Settings' then hangs indefinately. This is a provisioned disk so I'm guessing it is losing connection to the provision server and hanging.
