VMWare Teaming and Failover Question

Hi all,

If I want to use two NICs for Active/Active setup in Teaming and Failover for my management portgroup in DVSwitch, which policy should I pick?

What if I wanted to use one NIC as Active and the other as Standby, then what policy should I use?

I do not have LACP configured on the physical switches.

Hi DefenderAtkins,

It seems you have already configured the vDS correctly judging by the screenshots you provided. The first setup is going to work correctly in active/active configuration and the secong one in active/failover. Could you let me know what are the requirements you are trying to fulfill with this setup? This way I could provide you with some further help (e.g. VLANs).
