VMWare ESXI - Nvidia T600 gpu, PCI-Passthrough seems ok, but Server 2019 guest VM has problem code43

Hi there,
Was hoping someone had some knowledge, I'm up a creek.
ESXi version - ESXi-7.0U3-18644231-standard (VMware, Inc.)
SuperMicro tower server
GPU - Nvidia T600
Guest Windows server 2019

Installed a GPU and told ESXI to pci-passthrough, windows server 2019 showed the display adapter in device manager as Basic Microsoft Display adapter

I downloaded the correct driver from nvidia - 528.95-nvidia-rtx-winserv-2019-2022-64bit-international-dch-whql.exe and installed it and device manager updated the device to NVIDIA T600 but there is an error. See picture.

I tried changing the BIOS to Legacy and/or UEFI for the PCI-E 16X slot and it made no difference to the Host/Guest - still the same error each time. Hopefully someone can explain what's going on and point me in the right direct

You may need to install the Nvidia GPU VIB on your ESXi host. https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2033434
