Did you configure "Autostart" for the virtual machines?

Did you take a look at the VM's own event logs (within the guest)?

Please provide (attach) the vmware.log file of one of the VM's to your next post. Maybe this contains a hint what's causing the shutdown.

According to the log files the shutdowns are initiated by a process in the guest OS itself. Please take a look at the Windows Event logs to see whether there is an entry for the shutdown. Which Windows version/edition do you use?

Btw. to avoid the video RAM error message when you start the VM, open the VM's properties and set the video RAM in the virtual VGA adapter to e.g. 32MB.

Basically I agree. However, to find the cause it would help to see whether there's an entry in the Windows Event logs. Maybe it's an issue with the VMware Tools which would explain why all VMs are affected!?

Thanks André

I got your point. One thing i have common on all machines that i have installed R2 NON Genuine Edition. That's why all VMS powered off automatically.
