The VMRC console has disconnected... attempting to reconnect.
It seem I need to reset the vm every week.
logs are not consistent

memory has been checked
checked motherboard diagnostics
we have esx on usb, we have re-installed the esx and re-installed onto a new USB
re-installed vmtools
stuck on this one - please help?
