VMRC Console doesn't works after new Installataion ESXi5.5. in VMWare Sphere Client

Hi have big trouble with the VMRC Console which is urgently needed to install the VM's on my ESXi 5.5. Server.

If the console was started on my Windwows 8.1 Client in VSphere Client on the configured VM,

the console Window comes up with a mesage that the connection was lost:

now I have reinstalled the hypervisor ESXi on the same and on a other system, but I get the same behavior !

I urgently need the console connetion from Vsphere Client for configuration of existing VM's to configure the network.

Did someone have a idea or better solution to solve the problem?

The console connection works fine a few days.
