VMDK and VHD to OVF

I have some files that I need to use but I found out that they are not in OVF format.  So, my questions are

1)What software uses VMDK and VHD ?

2)How do I use them in ESXi 5?

VMDK is used by VMware products such as: VMware player, VMware Workstation and vSphere

VHD is used by Oracle virtual box

If you would like to use it in ESXi5 - download and install VMware converter 5 and virtual disk to ESXi5 server

Not sure what you meant by  " download and install VMware converter 5 and virtual disk to ESXi5 server".  I found VMware converter 5 but what do you mean ".....and virtual disk to ESXi5 server"?

Sorry for that, my mistake, I think was to early for me 🙂

What I mean is use VMware converter and import virtual machines to ESXi.
