VM started up automtically after a whole site power failure ?

Hi,

We are using ESXi 5.5.

If there is a power failure for the datacentre, ESXi Hosts should be restarted when power is resumed.

We just wonder whether VMs will be started up automatically ?   If not, does it mean that we have to  enable the "Virtual Machine Startup / Shutdown option".

If we place a number of VMs in "Automatically Startup", like VM1, VM2 and then VM3 on ESXi Server A and VM4, VM5 on ESXi Server B.   VMs are migrated between ESXi Servers and how can they keep the start up sequence ?

Your advice is sought.

Dear Tony,

I request you to create a vApp and setup startup order accordingly on your vCenter.
