VM start the system then power off?

Hi guys, I have a problem. After I start the vm and go into the win server 2003 system, the vm will power off, I do not know why?

Can anyone meet with the same problem? Can anyone tell me something about this, thr solution or some idea?

Thanks for your reply.

Do you see any entries in the Windows Event log or in the VM's vmware.log which might be related to this issue?

Do you have HA configured? Also, do let us know, if you have installed tools or if any script is running in the startup of the windows machine. You can check this by msconfig

And of course, do check the vmware.log of the vm

From the log in http://ESXi_host_Egine/host, I see that HA log is zero size, no elements in.

I just install ESXi and vClient, I have not install others, is it the reason?I think it is not.

Thanks for you.
