VM shows as orphaned

We recently had a power outage.  All seemed to come back find except one VM.  We are running ESXi 4.1 and if I attach directly the Host that hold the VM, I can see the VM and it looks fine and it's powered on.  I can even open a console to it and it's fine.  If I look at from the vSphere client attached to vcenter, it shows that it's powered off and orphaned.  Does anyone know what the problem would be?

you may want to restart the management agents on the ESXi Host in question.... You can also try and restart the vCenter Server Service.

It turned out that host #1 had the VM listed as invalid and Host #3 was really hosting the VM.  I removed the invalid one and took your advice and restarted the manament agents on Host #3.  I ran "services.sh restart" on the host and a few minutes later, it showed up fine in vcenter.  Thanks for the help!
