i have a 2 dell latitude e6400 , one is running vmware workstation 7 and vms run fine, the other i loaded esxi 4.1 on it.... on esx 4.1 i have 1 vm that i installed win2008 server on. installing was veryyyyyy slow... and i just put vmtools on it and still takes for ever to reboot and it's slow as crap...
the vm cpu never goes about 400mhz and it using 2400mb of RAM total of 4GB, again no other vm loaded so i not sure what is going on, the cpu on vm is unmlimited i have not changed any default settings on the vm since creation.
