VM on ESXI 6.7 black screen when loading VM

Hey all,

Im having some trouble connecting to one of my VMs through VMware ESXI host on the web. I am running esxi 6.7 and was able to connect before with 0 issues. The VM has allowlegacyCPU set to true in the advanced properties since the VM would not load on the ESXI because of its CPU. Other VMs on this host have 0 issues connecting and all of them say under compatibility ESXI 6.7 or later but this VM says 6.5 or later. The other VMs also have the allowlegacycpu property set as well. The VM is running windows server standard 2016.

Windows Server 2016 can work on ESXi 6.7 all updates.

Check by increasing VM hardware and install latest vmtools on the virtual machine.
