Hi All,
Please clarify my doubt, as follows....
Actually in my home environment I have installed VMware Workstation 7.1 above the Workstation I created the two VMs as ESXi 4.1 and Windows 2008 (Host A). for testing perpose I created a virtual machine (Host B) inside the ESXi Server (the ESX Server which I created in VMware Workstation 7.1).
When I ping Host A ( Which is located in VMware workstation) and Host B (Which I created in inside ESXi Server), it is not communicating. But when I ping the ESXi Server from Hos A, it is pinging. Please let me know, how to resolve the issue.
Thanks with regards,

Check the firewall in w2k8 Server, it is on by default and blocks ICMP traffic
If you are satisfied with my answer, please mark it as the correct one or even as a useful one! Thanks

Thanks for your reply,
Actually the issue was in network settings for both VMs.
Thanks once again for your timing.....
By default, Windows Firewall for WIndows Server 2008 is configured to disallow File and Printer Sharing on the network. By default Windows Server 2008 firewall is configured with Windows Firewall running, and with File and Printer Sharing disabled. This blocks ICMP Echo Request packets used by the PING command. You can allow the server to respond to ping requests by doing the following:
