how to move vm from one data-center to another data center

if possible provide the screens...am moving vm form one Dc to DMZ DC

Use VMware Converter.  Or if you have vCenter managing both DC's, power off the VM and do a cold migration.

It depends if you have network connectivity between the two datacenters. If you have high capacity links, you can use
vCenter to move the powered off VM from one to the other.

If you have inadequate connectivity, use VMware converter, or use vSphere to export an .OVF.  Then move that file (however you want) to the other datacenter, and import it there.
