VM heartbeat changed status from Yellow to Green

I set the alarm "VM heartbeat changed status from Yellow to Green" for specific group of virtual machines, now I'm receiving warnings but how can I debug these ones? What debug tools to use?

What does it exactly means this message?

Check the Task and events tab .. check if you see something in the Log

analyse Vmkernel.log , vobd.log
