VM connect to other Lan physical machines

Hey all! I have been working today to get ESXi setup on my home network and get VMs setup for a couple of test servers and things of that nature. Everything was rocking along swimmingly until I got to the second server. I booted into it and got it all setup and then tried to access a share on it to start moving data from my local machine to the share location. I am able to get out from VM2 to anywhere on the internet.

I have tried everything I can thing of. I am able to ping VM1 from VM2 and vice versa. I am able to ping VM1 from other physical machines on the network. I can access the VM2 via file explorer from VM1, but not from anywhere else. Any ideas on things I am I missing that would be keeping me from accessing VM2 from the rest of the network?

Gateway and mask configuration on VM2 is correct?

Share ip details for the vms, the physical machines and what you call anywhere else
