Morning everyone,
-Hopefully this is a simple issue that some have come across.
I have a user that I am unable to assign permissions to in both the Web and Windows vSphere clients. The name comes up when I try to add him, but errors out when I select Check Name. Is there a way that I could "refresh" vSphere's SSO? Not sure what steps to take. I called VMware and they said it was an AD issue.

The user had his account recreated in Active Directory due to other issues.

Following names were not found: domain\username
I bet you that'll do it. I opened up a ticket with VMware and they couldn't give me that simple answer. I'll mark as Correct and update if not fixed. Thank you very much
Try restarting the Single Sign-On Service.
