I would like to know what I need to do to migrate my VM's (which are hosted at the moment on a ESXi 5.0) to a ESXi 6 host ?
Do I need to unregister them first on the old host and register the vmx on the new host or something else ?

Before that i need to know some clarifications,
i) That both of the Esxi hosts(5.0 & 6.0) located in same vcenter?
ii) Or both are two different standalone servers?

No there are different vCenter.
We have four servers (2 on ESXi 5.0 and 2 on ESXi 6.0)
