VM Migration to ESXi 6

Dear all,

I would like to know what I need to do to migrate my VM's (which are hosted at the moment on a ESXi 5.0) to a ESXi 6 host ?

Do I need to unregister them first on the old host and register the vmx on the new host or something else ?

Hi,

Before that i need to know some clarifications,

i)     That both of the Esxi hosts(5.0 & 6.0) located in same vcenter?

ii)    Or both are two different standalone servers?

Hi,

Thank you for your answer.

No there are different vCenter.

We have four servers (2 on ESXi 5.0 and 2 on ESXi 6.0)
