VM Machine is Hanging

Dear All,

We have Vmware vSphere 5.5 and we created 7 ESXi host and every ESXi host we installed windows server 2012r2 OS it's working fine But some time some VM machine randomly hanging But perfectly pinging from another pc to infected pc but i can't login to remote desktop or console also file sharing ..

My hardware details : Cisco UCS M200 blade server

OS                          : Windows Server 2012R2

Storage                   : EMC VNX5200

How many machines are you running within the 7 node cluster? 

Do you have DRS and HA enabled within the cluster?

Is it always the same VM that hangs?

Is it always on the same host when it hangs?

What is the hardware specification of the VM (i.e. how much memory/vCPUs)?

Hi,

the troubleshooting starts with checking the log files:

/var/log/vmkernel.log

/var/log/vmkwarnings

logs form vm

...

More than 30 Machines with Cluster

Do you have DRS and HA enabled within the cluster?

Yes we enabled DRS and HA

Is it always the same VM that hangs?

No Boss all VM machine are randomly hanging

Is it always on the same host when it hangs?

Not always on the same host it's is also randomly Host hangs

What is the hardware specification of the VM (i.e. how much memory/vCPUs)?

Hardware ( Cisco UCS M200 blade server , EMC VNX 5200 Storage , Vmware vsphere 5.5 , OS Windows server 2012R2)
