VM Disk Striping (vSphere 4)

Hi guys -

I have some requirement I have not dealt with with a VM.  I got a request to build an exchange server with Raid 1 and Raid 5 for disks.  How do I go about striping these drives to the specific configs.  I see a few post out there but not the specific answer I need to resolve my questions.

Not even sure if this is an option.

SInce the disks are virtual there isn't much point. Make sure that the underlying datastore array provides as much performance and protection as you need.
