VLAN is not functional in Virtual Switch

I have two VLANs(VLAN 1 and VLAN21 ) in Virtual Switch.VLAN1 is default that is working fine but VLAN21 is not functional.

VMs of VLAN 21 is not accessing from network.

VLAN21 setting is attached for more detail.

so please help out .............

Are your physical switch configured to allow tagget packects on VLAN 21? If you are working with trunked mode, ESX only supports IEEE 802.1Q (dot1q) trunking. Check kb http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1004074 for more details.

Physical Switch is configured properly because VMs of VLAN 21 were working before this issue but problem has been resolved now automatically.

I could not identify the root cause of this issue. I have faced this issue two times before (VMs of VLAN21 is automatically disconnect from network and again connect automatically after three or four hours without changing in network configuration).
