VCSA Depot file location

I am trying to find the offline depot file for the 5.5 VCSA.  Can anyone point me at it please.

Thanks.

Hi,

it's the VCSA iso in the vCenter download section: https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/details?downloadGroup=VC55U1A&productId=353&rPId=5519

It's the "VMware vCenter Server 5.5 Update 1a Appliance" below the data disk.

When you click "read more", you see the name: VMware-vCenter-Server-Appliance-5.5.0.10100-1750781-updaterepo.iso

Regards

Tim

Not sure if this applies to you, but we wanted to update from the VCSA 5.5.0b to 5.5.0c instead of 5.5.1a.  The integrated online update within the appliance is pointing to VMware's repo and wanted to update us to 5.5.1a.  We ended up downloading the .zip file and extracting it on an internal apache server.

We created a folder on apache at /var/www/html/vapp-updates and extracted the contents of the .zip file from VMware, there (2 folders, manifest and package-pool).

Lastly, we pointed our repo to http://servername.domain.com/vapp-updates and the VCSA update page found 5.5.0c.

We tried searching for a mention of where that build's repo folder exists on https://vapp-updates.vmware.com... but didn't have any luck.

Hope this helps

Matt
