if your VCP5-DCV has expired, then to get VCP6-DCV please visit following link

VCP6-DCV Certification

Under 'New Candidate' Tab, choose path 1

which has list of courses out of which you got to attend any one.

and you then got to appear for vSphere Foundation Exam (2V0-620) and vSphere 6, DCV exam (2V0-621).

For those who have a current VCP5, the upgrade path is to take a delta VCP6 exam (2V0-621D). Since yours has expired, you will need to pass a full VCP6-DCV (2V0-621) exam.
