VCB File Level Backup Not Working Any more

Hi

Wonder if anybody has any ideas or can help on an issue we have with VCB file level backup.

We had VCB file level back up working for about 2 weeks on a new VMWare vSphere eviroment, then it just stopped working, VCB full backups work OK.

We also have another site that we have install that we have never been able to get VCB file level backsups working on. We have checked that Dynamic disk s are not used on the images. Also upgraded one enviroment to the latest VCB app, but still not joy.

This is the error we keep getting

Opened disk: blklst://176-snapshot-27[WFM Production 3] TIMTEST001/TIMTEST001_1.

The vcbMounter error code is differant each time we run the script. Script is being run from a command prompt manually and not fired by any backup software currently, The VCB full backs is being controlled via Tivoli TSM system and work with no issue at all.

We have the same issue on all the images, images ares Win 2003 and 2008 servers
