VAAI support for EMC CX4 series

if my vsphere is 4U1, and the firmware of my CX4 is the latest supporting VAAI. is there any setup i should do in EMC and VMware to support it?

you will need atleast flare30 on the CX. on vsphere it is enabled by default. for more info if your vaai is turned or not:
