My team needs to perform about 5 V2V conversions of vms in order to move them from thick to thin datastores. I've not performed a V2V in the past - could someone please tell me how much downtime the VM undergoes during this process?
we usually get about 30GB an hour. So, depending on how large the VM is, this is how we calculate our downtimes. I usually tack on an extra 30 minutes for post conversion tasks
