User got created but not able to login

Guys,

Putty:

I have created a user on vmware esx 4.1 and included it in sudo file, i.e /etc/sudoers. when i am trying to login with the user even if i am putting the correct password , its prompting me the warning as sorry, try again. I am not able to login with user whcih i have created , however i am able to login with root when.

Can anyone please help.

Depending on how and where you created the new user, you will need to grant the appropriate permissions/roles to allow access.

Please make sure that you have create a user and taring to login with correct username and password. I am not seeing any difficulties to login in your system.
