User can create VM under ESXi but not delete

Hello,

Is it possible to give right for a user to create VM but NOT delete VM ?

Use : Share an ESXi with VM but a user can only delete it's own VM and not other user VM

From vCenter - Keep the VM in a separate Folder and give user to permission only to that folder .

Not using just ESXi you can't. The functionality you're asking for is something that is usually a primary use case for private cloud.

You would want to restrict users from viewing the host and it's configuration. the best way to achieve this by creating a folder and a custom role in VMware roles and permissions and add the AD security group or user to it.
