Use Virtual Machine with the Local Keyboard&Screen plugged to the Server

Dear,

I have a small question. I want to know if it is possible in any way to manage/use a virtual machine that is running in an ESX 4.0 Server with the screen/mouse/keyboard that are plugged directly to the host server that runs ESX. I know I can use the service console in this way, but not sure about the Virtual machine itshelf (I imagine that is not possible). I have the same question with ESXi.

Welcome to the Forums - I will add my voice to the chorus - no it is not possible ESX is designed to be a headless type device running in the datacemtet hosting virtual machines that will be access from the floor via RDP or via the application the VM is running
