I want to upgrade my esx from 4.1 to 5.0. All of the documentation I've found mention booting from the cd/dvd. My server however (Dell R510), does not have a cd/dvd drive and has the esx os installed on a USB drive. I'm just curious what my options are on how to upgrade with this hardware setup?
