Can you post the following log form your ESXi host?

Hi,

Try to uninstall the FDM agent on the esxi host and check free space available on the local datastore on the esxi server.

instead of using update manager you can also boot from the iso image and upgrade

if you get the same error then do a clean install but preserve the datastore and add back to vcenter server.
