Upgrade option not available vSphere 6.0 to 6.7 upgrade using custom ISO

I tried to upgrade our ESXi 6.0 host to 6.7 U3 using custom Fujitsu image, initially I'm getting an error message "The installation profile could not be validated due to the following errors: File path of '/opt/lsi/storcli/libstorelib.so' is claimed by multiple non-overlay VIBs:{'LSI_bootbank_vmware-storcli-007.0709.0000.0000_0709.0000.0000-01'". I was advised to rename the file /opt/lsi/storcli/libstorelib.so and to run the install but got the below error. I selected the correct disk for the installation however I did not get the upgrade option. Now I'm stuck here, I could not proceed as it will overwite the configuration and could not restart since ESXi might not boot. Please advise how to proceed in this situation.20230319_155614.jpgation again.. however I got the below error

Hello

You can upgrade version 6.0 to direct 6.7 via re-install with ESXi version 6.7

As your step in picture you should choose Install & preserve VMFS (the first option) for do this.

you have to upgrade in esxi 6 u3 using this patch ESXi-6.0.0-20200204001-standard  (Build 15517548) from esxi 6.0.

then you can move in 6.7
