Upgrade VM HARDWRE with command line

Hello

I have upgrade my esx 4.1 cluster to esxi 5.0, in need to upgrade the " vm hadware", to do that i have to shutdown the vms.

I will shutdown the vms with a powercli script, but how to make a right click for all vms and click "upgrade hardware " ?

thanks for your response
