Upgrade ESXi 4.0 Build - 398348 to ESXi 4.1

Hi,

Currently all my ESXi Servers are 4.0 build 398348. vCenter server 4.1.0 Build 258902.  I also have update manager installed on my vCenter.  What is the best way to upgrade to ESXi 4.1.  I'm new to this please provide me some instructions.

So I upgrade to the latest build for 4.0 before going to 4.1?

Thanks.

We are using a Dell chassis with M610s connecting via iSCSI to MD3000i.  I was told that the Dell MD3000i will not work with ESXi 5.0.  Is that still true?

Looks like Dell MD 3000i is not supported with any version of ESX/ESXi as I dont find Dell MD 3000i  in VMware HCL
