    You can try below commands, refer KB VMware Knowledge Base or VMware Knowledge Base  for more information.

Commands:

• esxcli software vib list -> To validate the new version before/after upgrade
• esxcli software vib update -d /vmfs/volumes/datastore_name/offline-bundle.zip
