Updating my home ESXi 4.1.0 to latest and greatest

Again, apologies for this newbie question.

I've been running ESXi 4.1.0 for quite a while and wanted to bring it up to the latest and greatest.  However, I must admit that I am totally confused the file-naming on the download page.  There are a lot of files there, do I just download everything (assuming yes since I'm so far behind the times)?

Is there a particular order that these should be applied in?

OR

Do I just download one file that rolls up all previous patches/updates and apply that?  IF so, what is that file?

Thanks in advance.

I assume you downloaded the patches from http://www.vmware.com/patchmgr/findPatch.portal

Basically patches like update-from-esxi4.1-4.1_update02 are cumulative (as you can already see in the file name). So I'd suggest you install this update patch followed by the latest available patch ESXi410-201204001. You may skip ESXi410-201201001 in this case, because it updates the same components as the before mentioned latest patch.
