What issues can come up if we add ESXi host with with Build version 1311175 (i.e. update 3) IN vCenter with Build version 913577(i.e. update 2).

So your ESXi host is 5.0U3 and you want to add it to vCenter 5.0U2.

Yes that is possible. It can manage the ESXi 5.0 U3. See the screenshot below for confirmation
