Update Manager Issue

Today I found my update manager plug in something wrong. After closing VI, I found that the update manager plug-in is not available in the VI any more. Therefore, I reinstall the Plug in. However, I still could not see update manager plug in over there. What shall I do?

I could not see the update manager in the plug-in. How could I enable it?

BTW, in the add and remove programs. I have already removed the converter program. But why there is still vmware converter in the plug-ins. I want to download it and enable it. it is not available.
