Update LifeCycle manager VUM Network settings on vcsa 7.0

Hello, 

Could some one please update where would I change the  VUM Network settings to update the VCSA IP instead of DNS ? 

I get the esxupdate Download error while staging the patches via VUM. 

All the esxi host and vcsa is on Ver 7.0 U1C

Looking something equivalent we see in VCSA6.7XX versions. I dont see. on VCSA7.0 versions. Could someone please help. ?
