Update ESXi 6.5 patched 202110001

Hi,

I have ESXi current version 6.5  Patched ESXi650-202110001.

I would like to know the fix for ransomware ESXi650-202102001 is included in the version above or not?

If it is not included, could I able to install the pathed lower version?

Or it is better to patched in latest version?

All ESXi patches are cumulative. I would suggest installing even ESXi 6.7 Update 3 latest patch. 

All your licenses will still be valid. And do not forget to update your vCenter. 

And even to check the compatibility of your hosts for vSphere7.
