Welcome to the VMware Communities forums.

The DLL should be located here - C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware vSphere CLI\Perl\bin. You can either try to register it, or just copy it to the BIN folder where the vCLI commands are (i.e. \VMware vSphere CLI\Bin).

Is there annother way to update my ESXi Host instead of using the VMWare VSphere CLI?
