I am unable to delete/ unount the datastore when i am logged in to the datastore through SSH.
VMware version : VMware <Version number removed>

Check that you don't have storage IO control enabled and that it's not being used for heartbeats.

I am not running any IO ,and not configured heartbeats. I am doing the unmount on clean data store which is newly created
