Ever since we upgraded our hosts to 4.1 the local user that had been created with "Grant access to shell" permissions so we don't have
to enable root ssh access has stopped working.
Anyone know what could cause this?

User work from console?
Their home directory still exists?
No just kicks back to the logon prompt. I've deleted the recreated the user multiple times and still no luck.
