Unable to launch OS installed on VMware on terminals

Hello,

I have installed VMware on my server and i have like 10 terminals in the library, my intention was to install office packages so kids can access word or excel from the terminals but the issue is although the terminals can see the server or rather they are linked to the server the main issue is i cannot run the OS when i turn on the terminals with the server on, but when i am on the server the OS is running so it seems like i would need to configure the OS to be shared by the terminals and thats where am stuck......any help ?

What vmware prodcut ? ESX or ESXi

i installed ESXi , it seems like i need some registration code ?

Terminals as in the little monitors that are hooked up to the main server...its all cabling
