Unable to increase disk space

Hi, I have a problem with a virtual machine, it is not possible to expand the space, I have other machines in the usual esxi that have no problems, no problem in other esxi, how can I do? Can I expand from the command line?

Thanks

Marco

In some cases the Snapshot Manager doesn't show a snapshot, even though one (or more) exists.

A reliable way to find out whether the VM has an active snapshot, is by checking its virtual disk name. If it ends with s.th. like "...-00000x.vmdk" it runs on snapshots.

To get rid of snapshots, you may create another snapshot, to enable the "Delete All" button in the Snapshot Manager. "Delete All" will delete/consolidate all existing snapshots, regardless of whether they show up in the Snapshot Manager.

Please be careful with this if you are low on free disk space on the datastore. Depending on the virtual disk's provisioning type (thin or thick), and the guest OS activity, deleting snapshots may require additional (temporary) disk space!

Can you check if you have snapshot for this VM?

Check if there are any snapshots, or whether there are any pending processes like removal of snapshots

I had a snapshot that was removed, now there are no snapshots in the queue but the problem persists, I also completely restarted the server, I also had another server with the same problem but removing the instantaneea has solved the problem.

Thank you
