Unable to get Mellanox MCX555A-ECAT drivers working

Device: MCX555A-ECAT

Attempted this on both esxi 6.7 and 7.0.

1. Identified device model using "lspci | grep Mellanox"
2. Searched Compatibility
3. Downloaded drivers from search result matching esxi version

ESXi 7.0 U2	nmlx5_core version 4.21.71.101
ESXi 6.7 U3	nmlx5_core version 4.17.71.1

4. SCP driver to /tmp of esxi

5. Installed driver successful and rebooted

6. Only see "nmlx5_core" module loaded but guide shows "nmlx5_rdma" should be loaded too according to step 11 of https://docs.nvidia.com/networking/pages/releaseview.action?pageId=15051785

What am I missing?
