Unable to deploy OVF file (stuck 0%)

Hello,

I am facing some kind of issue with a vcenter, when I try to deploy an OVF file it's stuck at 0%.

I have tried to from the esxi web (stuck at 0%), upload it from a vmware workstation pro (it gives an error after long time at 0%) , deploy using ovftools (here the log part)

Only a guess. Please right click the OVF/OVA file, and view it's properties to ensure it's not blocked (e.g. after downloading it from the Internet).

No, it's blocked. If i imported it into virtualbox o vmware workstation it's working fine.

Then please unblock it, and try the import again.

That points to some kind of access denied issue on the source (Windows) side.
Please provide more details about the OVF that you want to deploy, e.g. is it a publicly available package (download URL?), is it stored on a local drive or a network share (in case of a network share, copy it to a local drive).
