Unable to connect to the MKS: Internal error

Can anybody help me with this error

"Unable to connect to the MKS: Internal error"

It's appear on my console, when i want to install my first Host.

I'm using Vmware ESX

Hi,

Most of the time this issue is firewall/network issue.

MKS uses 902 and 903 ports, check those ports when connecting from the client to the host. Testing with telnet is a good idea.

For me, just shutting down host/esx (vm) then start again Smiley Wink

- Refer to vmware.log file to see the error.

- Ensure that port 902 is not blocked.

- Try migrating VM to another Host and check if it works.

- Try to restart host.

- Restart Virtual Machine.
